The HTML version links to a web-page which contains an HTML version of the presentation as created by PowerPoint. This is most useful if you are using the Internet Explorer Browser and are willing to run ActiveX controls. The FLASH version runs a Flash version of the presentation as created by FlashPoint. This is most useful if you are using other browsers or do not wish to download the full file.
